1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Replai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Replai is an iOS app for sharing conversations. It stitches the chat screenshots you provide into one long conversation, and can turn that conversation into a link you send to other people, with a visibility you choose for each one. The App also analyzes a conversation and generates suggested replies in various tones and styles. The App is available as a free version with limited features and as a premium subscription with full access.

3. Account

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Replai offers weekly and yearly subscription plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Family Sharing is supported for up to 5 family members.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Submit content that violates the rights of others.
• Share a conversation you are not entitled to share, or share one in a way that exposes another person to harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to generate spam, harassment, or misleading content.
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions.

6. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by Replai are AI-generated suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any replies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of generated content. Use your own judgment before sending any AI-generated reply.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Replai and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content you choose to send.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
