Frequently Asked Questions

How does Replai work?

Screenshot a chat — as many shots as you need — and send them to Replai. The app stitches them into one long conversation, removes the overlapping messages, and lets you fix any join by hand. From there you can share the whole thing as a single link.

Who can see a conversation I share?

Only whoever you send the link to. Conversations are private by default: the link opens inside the app and shows nothing in a browser, not even a preview. You can make one public, which lets it preview in a chat app, or one-time, which lets it open exactly once and then deletes it from our servers.

Can Replai still write replies for me?

Yes. Replai reads the conversation and suggests replies in the tone you pick — from professional to funny and everything in between.

Is my data private?

Your screenshots are used to build your conversation and to generate replies, and go to nobody else unless you share a link yourself. We never sell them, hand them to advertisers, or train models on them. You can also enable Face ID, Touch ID, or PIN lock for extra security.

What's included in the free version?

The free version gives you access to a limited number of daily reply generations and select reply tones. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited replies, all 12 tones, and priority processing.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Family Sharing is supported for up to 5 members.

How do I set up quick access?

Replai works with the iPhone Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro and later), Back Tap, and iOS Shortcuts. Set these up in the app's settings to launch Replai instantly from any conversation.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Once deleted, all your conversation screenshots and settings are permanently removed from our servers. Deleting a single shared conversation works the same way — the link stops working immediately.
